March 24, 2016 --  I have just received one of the most fascinating antique cigar box guitars ever.  Purchased from an antique dealer in Connecticut, this instrument features two strings, a horse tack tailpiece, hand hammered frets, and more.  The body and neck are all one piece, with the body scooped out and a plank of wood placed on top as a soundboard.  See detailed pictures below.  I have added notes to each when you scroll over them.
